Emile's first actions on sustainability issues began in 1981 he became architect and advised acoustic and thermal insulation for 45.000 houses around Schiphol Airport Amsterdam. In 1991 he was co‐founder of the national center for sustainable architecture and health, which led him to get involved in projects with the United Nations on issues of poverty reduction and sustainability, which led him to found what we know today as World Sustainability Fund (WSF) as an engine for global economic growth and poverty reduction.
He has participated and has remained involved collaborating in various institutions such as the UN, NATO, Peace one day , World Federalist Movement, active member of UNDP, Common Effort , WFBN, act4sdgs and Federalism board member for Peace , presence4life, World Sustainability Fund , Sustainable united Monument Foundation.
He did an MBA Executive Master in Business Administration, NIMBAS Utrecht/Bradford - HDA Auditor Dcn Amsterdam , Human and Organization auditing and several graduates in different fields, of Dutch nationality, he speaks native Dutch and fluent in English.

Co-Founder of WSF Venture Micro Fund where he is responsible for Growth Strategy, Business Development Lead & Stakeholder Engagement.
Before forming WSF Venture Micro Fund Jay worked for more than 10 years in the fields of finance, administration and development of companies and international business and investments through equity debt for the development of Projects for global trade, he also has experience within from financial institutions and non-governmental organizations.
He holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance and an MSc in International Relations and Foreign Trade with various diplomas from different organizations including project management for business professionals, best practices for business management within small and medium businesses. He speaks native English, fluent Spanish, Dutch and basic Portuguese.

Carlos Cifuentes A.
Co-Founder
Co-Founder of WSF Venture Micro Fund where he is Regional Director for WSF Venture Micro Fund's Latin American (LATAM) operations.
Before forming WSF Venture Micro Fund Carlos worked for more than 15 years holding positions in Financial Institutions, especially within microfinance and the entire process that involves external financing and investments for the development of financial inclusion.
He specialized in microfinance at the Internationale Project Consult GmbH IPC of Germany, as well as a Diploma in Corporate Finance from TEC de Monterrey in Mexico and is a Qualified Securities Trader on the Guayaquil Stock Exchange in Ecuador, is of Ecuadorian nationality, speaks native Spanish and English.
